You can share your stories with this easy peanut butter fudge recipe in the comments below too whether this is the first time you’re trying this easy recipe or if you’ve already had it multiple times before, I would love to hear all about it!
With the holiday season and things, Zee and I love making tiny sweet treats to have at home with our cup of tea. We love winter.
One of our favorites is coconut condensed milk balls. A super simple easy recipe made with just mixing together condensed milk and desiccated coconut.
Zee and I also know how wonderfully condensed milk works with small treats such as these. We saw how gorgeously it mixed in with Greek yogurt the first time we made our Easy 3 Ingredient Yogurt Cake Recipe (No Effort, So Delish!) too.
We adore peanut butter. Zee thought one day while we were making our favorite coconut condensed milk balls, what if we mix peanut butter with condensed milk?
I was like woaaah can that possibly work? We gave it a go, had to go ahead and heat the peanut butter to thin it out a bit making things easier.
We tried it and it tasted good but we needed it to be firmer. We thought the perfect way to firm it up would be by popping it in the fridge.
After a few hours we took it out and cut a bit, took a bite and had the biggest realization ever… THIS is like fudge!!!
I don’t know what we were expecting but we weren’t expecting fudge!
We immediately went online to research because we knew making fudge is a complicated process that takes a long time using a candy thermometer, double boiler and things. It’s not an easy dessert to make.
And we then found out you can make super easy fudge at home with condensed milk.
We never knew and omg it was the best accidental discovery ever (such a delicious treat!).
Over time, we fixed the recipe a bit, adjusted the measurements and cooking method a little and here it is… our easy fudge recipe. Perfect for holiday season, special occasions, even bake sales and every single day, really. I hope you love it as much as we do.
INGREDIENTS & SUBSTITUTIONS FOR 2 INGREDIENT PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE WITH CONDENSED MILK
For exact ingredient measurements, please scroll down to the printable Recipe Card.
- Peanut butter- Peanut butter in all its delicious glory is… everything here. I’ve used regular smooth peanut butter here. Go ahead and use a brand of peanut butter you like and enjoy the taste of! You can use chunky peanut butter too if you like. Just make sure you heat it uniformly so it mixes well with the condensed milk. I think you can use natural peanut butter as well. Just make sure you give the natural peanut butter a good mix so all those oils blend in well with the peanut butter and there’s no separation of oil. Using natural peanut butter may affect the texture of your peanut butter fudge and it may take more time to set.
- Sweetened condensed milk- Ah, good old condensed milk. Helps make this peanut butter fudge sweet, creamy and absolutely incredible. It helps firm up the fudge in the most perfect way too.

RECIPE & DIET VARIATIONS YOU CAN TRY
It’s crazy how many variations this two-ingredient peanut butter fudge recipe has. There’s literally so much you can try doing with it, absolutely incredible 💖.
Here are a few ideas to play around with your easy fudge recipe:
- For a satisfying crunch, go ahead and use crunchy peanut butter or add chopped peanuts (or whatever nuts you prefer) to the peanut butter mixture. The texture won’t be as creamy and buttery but it’ll still taste incredible!
- You don’t need to use only peanut butter when making this easy recipe. You can make this fudge with almond butter, cashew butter… maybe even pistachio butter? Yum!
- The easiest way to make this a vegan peanut butter fudge and/or dairy-free fudge is to go ahead and use peanut butter and dairy-free butter instead of condensed milk. I think you can use coconut condensed milk or maybe even almond condensed milk. I’ve not tried it with these ingredients and this is just a suggestion.
- You can go ahead and make some microwave peanut butter fudge too (a no-cook version of this easy dessert)! To make some microwave peanut butter fudge, add your peanut butter to a medium-sized microwave-safe bowl. Go ahead and heat it in 20 second increments, stirring in between every 20 seconds until it has thinned out. Then pour in the condensed milk. Give everything a gentle stir and pop it in the microwave for another 20 seconds. Give the fudge mixture another good stir. It should be thick-ish. Pour mixture from the mixing bowl as usual into your parchment paper lined pan. Only thing to do now is to wait until it reaches room temperature. Once it reaches room temperature, pop it into the fridge for about two hours.
- While I adore having this no bake peanut butter fudge on its own, I recently have started topping it up with some chopped salted roasted peanuts. That crunch, saltiness and extra peanut flavor along with the creamy butteriness of the peanut butter fudge is… out of this world! You can top your peanut butter fudge with whatever nuts you prefer too such as almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, pecans… lots of options out there. Go ahead and chop them or place them whole over each bar of peanut butter fudge. You can also go ahead and caramelize the nuts before topping them over the peanut butter fudge! You can also place the nuts you’re using over the parchment paper before pouring the fudge mixture in.
- Which brings me to salt. Salt works so well in this easy fudge recipe if you’re into sweet and salty flavors! Go ahead and top your homemade peanut butter fudge with some salt flakes. And if you’ve got a sweet tooth, you can also top it up with vanilla frosting, chocolate frosting, powdered sugar, sprinkles, white chocolate chips, peanut butter chips and so much more!
- You can work with the flavors of your homemade peanut butter fudge. Go ahead and add some vanilla extract to make some vanilla fudge. Maybe even use flavored peanut butter such as dark chocolate peanut butter? Or perhaps add in a drizzle of honey or a pinch of cinnamon to your peanut butter mixture?
- You can mix some mini marshmallows, shredded coconut, chocolate chips, white chocolate chips or peanut butter chips into your fudge mixture as well.
- And if you’re a fan of chocolate, oh you can do so much here ❤. You can add chocolate in a bajillion ways to this old fashioned peanut butter fudge. Go ahead and add in chocolate chips to your fudge mixture or top your peanut butter fudge with chocolate chips, chocolate shavings, chocolate sprinkles, cocoa powder, Reese’s pieces or choppee Reese’s cups once it sets!
- You can pour melted chocolate into your fudge mixture too and give it a mix for the most delicious chocolate peanut butter fudge! You can also add a layer of melted chocolate on top of your fudge mixture or below it (before pouring it in) or both for a 3 ingredient chocolate fudge (a delicious chocolate sandwiched peanut butter fudge 🤩)!
- You can make peanut butter fudge balls too! Once it’s set, go ahead and wear some gloves and start rolling. If you’re serving this to kids, you can cut your no bake peanut butter fudge into cute shapes like stars, hearts and animals using cookie cutters!
- It’s holiday season and if you’re throwing holiday parties or love giving gifts to people who mean the world to you, this is such a lovely gift to give. This classic dessert makes the perfect holiday gift with all that delicious peanut butteriness. Just go ahead and cut your homemade peanut butter fudge into small squares, wrap them up individually in a small piece of parchment paper. You can twist the ends making it like how we see with candy wrappers or you can fold it perfectly and tie it with a tiny ribbon or colorful thread. Everyone will love it!
Note- If you think you have an ingredient that you feel is suitable as a substitute for a certain ingredient in this 2 ingredient fudge recipe, according to your dietary preference, you can use it and let us know how it works as a substitute in the comments below. I’ll then add it in as an adaptation suggestion here. This will help so many others with the same diet preference as yours.
HOW TO MAKE 2 INGREDIENT PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE WITH CONDENSED MILK [Step-by-Step Instructions with Photos]
For exact ingredient measurements and detailed instructions without photos, please scroll down to the Recipe Card.
Please keep in mind that I go into lots of detail in all my recipes so you get to know all the super important tips and tricks when it comes to making a particular recipe. I always want you to make the BEST of whatever you’re cooking ❤.
STEP 1: LINE YOUR PAN
Go ahead and take an 8×8-inch square pan/baking dish.
Line your square pan/baking dish with parchment paper.
It’s best to have the parchment paper long enough so it hangs outside your square pan/baking dish. This will make things so easy once your fudge is ready! You can just pick the parchment paper up and take it out.
I once forgot to line my baking dish with parchment paper one of the very first times I made this easy peanut butter fudge recipe. A dreadful mistake I’ll never repeat again 😱!
If you don’t have parchment paper, you can use maybe plastic wrap, wax paper, aluminum foil or grease your pan. My first suggestion would always be parchment paper though!
STEP 2: MAKE THE PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE MIXTURE
Take a saucepan and add your peanut butter to it. I used my trusty skillet here which works as well.
Let it heat over low heat (not medium heat or even medium-low heat) for about 2 to 4 minutes or until it thins out. You can give it a good stir with your wooden ladle while it heats and spread it around so it thins out faster.
You don’t need to mix vigorously here. We don’t want to over mix our fudge mixture.
Now pour in the sweetened condensed milk…
Now give the peanut butter mixture a good stir to mix everything well.
Let it heat for about 30 seconds to a minute, stirring every couple of seconds until the fudge mixture thickens up just a little and has the consistency of thick caramel. Also make sure you are doing all of this over low heat and keeping a close eye on it because it can burn pretty fast. We don’t want to overheat our peanut butter mixture.
Now switch off the heat.
STEP 3: TRANSFER THE FUDGE MIXTURE
Time to get our lined square pan/baking dish back!
Go ahead and transfer the peanut butter and sweetened condensed milk fudge mixture into our lined square pan/baking dish.
The fudge mixture is pretty thick and sticky so using a wooden ladle and rubber spatula helps quite a bit here. I use the rubber spatula to scrape all that fudge mixture from the pan. I then scrape the fudge filled spatula over the ladle to get it into the lined dish. This method helps with cleaning the cooking pan too!
You can go ahead and smoothen the top of your fudge mixture with your rubber spatula to make it look nice and flat.
Now wait until the fudge mixture reaches room temperature.
Once it reaches room temperature, pop it in the fridge for about 2 to 2 and a half hours. 2 hours will make your fudge soft and melt in the mouthy while 2 and a half hours will make it just a little firmer. It’ll still melt in the mouth though so don’t worry ❤.
STEP 4: GET YOUR FUDGE OUT!
Get your lined square pan/baking dish out from the refrigerator once the time is up.
Your fudge has probably set by now 💃🏻!
Gently lift the parchment paper out of the square pan/baking dish.
Cut your homemade peanut butter fudge with a warm sharp knife into cute squares (a size you prefer).
A warm sharp knife is super important so you get a clean easy cut. Just run your knife under some warm water for a few seconds or dip it in a bowl of warm water, wipe it with a paper towel and get to cutting. Make sure you keep repeating this process and warming your knife while cutting the fudge.
Now take a bite of that buttery, chewy gooey goodness. How delish is that?
Good luck keeping your hands off all of it 😉!
Hey you, I really hope you love this 2 Ingredient Peanut Butter Fudge with Condensed Milk recipe as much as I do!
If you do, I would appreciate a star rating SO much (you can rate this recipe right below or from the Recipe Card 💖).

TIPS TO MAKE THE BEST 2 INGREDIENT PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE WITH CONDENSED MILK EVERY SINGLE TIME
You’ve probably gone through the instructions already so I’m sure you know how simple this easy peanut butter fudge recipe is. But hey, here are a few tips to make things even easier 🤩…
- Use good quality ingredients. Oh and also use ingredients that you enjoy the taste of.
- Please line your pan with parchment paper. This is absolutely necessary because it’ll help you get that fudge out once it sets plus it makes clean up so easy! Also, make sure your parchment paper is cut long enough so it hangs a bit outside your pan. This way you can just lift it up and get it out to cut your fudge easily once it sets.
- If you don’t have parchment paper, go ahead and use maybe plastic wrap, wax paper, aluminum foil or grease your pan. Of course my first suggestion would always be parchment paper over plastic wrap, aluminum foil or anything else.
- Keep a close check on your peanut butter and condensed milk when it’s heating on the stove. We may not need a candy thermometer like when making old fashioned fudge but our fudge mixture can burn pretty quick so just keep a close eye on it. Just make sure you’re doing everything over low heat (not medium heat or even medium-low heat) and you switch the heat off once the peanut butter and condensed milk are mixed well together and have become just a little thicker. We don’t want our fudge getting dry or worse, burning.
- And don’t overmix your condensed milk and peanut butter fudge mixture, don’t undermix it either. Just mix it until the peanut butter and condensed milk are mixed well together and the mixture turns a little thick.
- To get a smooth fudge top, go ahead and smoothen it out with the help of a rubber spatula before popping it into the fridge in Step 3.
- Please be patient and leave your fudge to set for 2 to 2 and a half hours once it reaches room temperature. I know it’s tough but pleaseee ❤!
- Go ahead and cut your homemade peanut butter fudge with a sharp warm knife. This will give you a smooth sharp cut and will prevent your fudge from sticking to the knife too. You can run your knife under hot water or dip it in a mug of warm water, wipe it with a kitchen towel and cut your fudge.
- Cut your creamy peanut butter fudge however you like. How big or small you prefer your fudge cubes to be is all up to you!
- Don’t worry if you leave your fudge in the fridge for a couple of days. I’ve left mine in the fridge for a few days but it didn’t get brittle or super hard. It became firmer on the outside but it was still soft and buttery on the inside. This depends on your fridge of course.
- This super easy recipe stays good for a couple of days if you’re keeping it outside in an airtight container and it stays good for about 2-3 weeks if you’re keeping it in the refrigerator. 2-3 weeks is a pretty long time, such a win ❤!

You can twist the ends like candy wrappers or you can fold it perfectly and tie it with a tiny ribbon or pretty thread. Everyone will love it!
Why won’t my peanut butter condensed milk fudge set?
A few reasons why your peanut butter fudge didn’t set can be…
- The type of peanut butter you’ve used. Natural peanut butter may not set very easily.
- This is a pretty gooey creamy fudge already. It’s soft and melt in the mouth so it won’t be super firm. If your fudge is super liquidy though, make sure you mix it in well with the sweetened condensed milk until the mixture thickened up a bit in Step 2 before pouring it into the baking dish to set.
- Try and keep it in the fridge a little longer. Maybe it just needs a little more time to set.
How to tell if this fudge is ready without a candy thermometer?
The best part about this simple peanut butter fudge recipe is that you don’t need a candy thermometer when making it!
Just follow my instructions carefully and your no bake dessert fudge will be ready in no time. You’ll know your fudge is ready when it slightly thickens up, getting an almost thick molten caramelly consistency, no candy thermometer needed 💃🏻!
How do you fix peanut butter condensed milk fudge that didn’t set?
This usually won’t be a problem when making this delicious fudge recipe. It will almost always set.
Also keep in mind that this peanut butter fudge is not super firm. It’s soft and buttery at room temperature.
If you still feel your peanut butter fudge didn’t set, go ahead and add it back to the saucepan. Heat it over low heat (not medium heat or even medium-low heat) until it thickens up more.
Add it back to your lined dish, wait until it reaches room temperature and then chill it for another 2 hours. Hopefully the extra heat will remove any excess moisture and help thicken your peanut butter fudge right up.
Does peanut butter fudge need to be refrigerated? How long does it stay good for and how do you store leftover fudge to keep it fresh?
Peanut butter fudge doesn’t need to be refrigerated but I prefer refrigerating it in an airtight container. That’s because this no bake dessert is a soft buttery fudge that firms up just a little when refrigerated, something I prefer.
You can keep your peanut butter fudge in an airtight container outside at room temperature or you can keep it in an airtight container and store it in the refrigerator.
I suggest placing some parchment paper or wax paper at the bottom of your airtight container, placing your fudge cubes on top of it, placing another piece of parchment paper or wax paper on top of those cubes, and then placing the rest of the fudge cubes. This keeps the fudges from sticking to the fudges at the bottom when stored in an airtight box.
This easy recipe stays good for a couple of days if you’re keeping it outside in an airtight container and it stays good for about 2-3 weeks if you’re keeping it in the refrigerator. 2-3 weeks is a pretty long time, such a win!
To keep your peanut butter fudge good for longer, go ahead and freeze it in an airtight container.
Can I freeze this peanut butter fudge?
Yes, you can freeze this peanut butter fudge (leftover fudge or freshly made fudge) in an airtight container and it’ll stay deliciously awesome for about 3 months! All you need is an airtight container and some parchment paper.
Just go ahead and wrap your leftover fudge cubes individually with parchment paper. Then place them in an airtight container. Store the airtight container in the freezer.
Go ahead and keep the airtight container in the fridge overnight or for a couple of hours before serving again.

EASIEST 2 Ingredient Peanut Butter Fudge with Condensed Milk
Ingredients
- 1⅓ cups or 330 gms peanut butter (smooth)
- 1 can or 14 oz or 396 gms sweetened condensed milk
( Note- Please keep in mind that I go into lots of detail in all my recipes so you get to know all the super important tips & tricks when it comes to making a particular recipe. I always want you to make the BEST of whatever you’re cooking ❤ )
Instructions
- LINE YOUR PANTake an 8×8 inch baking dish/square pan. Line the baking dish with parchment paper. It’s best to have a long enough parchment paper so it slightly hangs outside your baking dish. This will make things super easy once your fudge is ready! You can just pick the parchment paper up and take it out.And if you don’t have parchment paper, you can use maybe plastic wrap, wax paper, aluminum foil or grease your pan with oil or butter. My first suggestion would always be parchment paper though!
- MAKE THE PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE MIXTURETake a saucepan and over low heat, add 1⅓ cups or 330 gms peanut butter (smooth) to it.Let it heat over low heat for about 2 to 4 minutes or until it thins out. You can give your peanut butter a gentle stir using a ladle while it heats and spread it around so it thins out faster. And now, pour in 1 can or 14 oz or 396 gms sweetened condensed milk and give the peanut butter mixture a good stir to mix everything really well. You don’t need to mix vigorously here. We don’t want to over mix our fudge mixture.Stirring every couple of minutes, let this mixture heat for about 30 seconds to a minute until it thickens up just a little and has the consistency of very thick caramel. Please make sure you’re doing all of this over low heat and keeping a really close eye on the fudge mixture because it can burn really fast. We don’t want to overheat our peanut butter mixture.Switch off the heat.
- TRANSFER THE FUDGE MIXTUREGo ahead and pour the peanut butter and condensed milk fudge mixture into our lined baking dish. The fudge mixture is quite thick and sticky so I find using a ladle and rubber spatula together helps quite a bit here. I use the rubber spatula to scrape the fudge mixture from the pan. I then scrape the fudge filled spatula over the ladle to get it into the lined dish. This method helps with cleaning the cooking pan too (no pieces of sticky fudge to struggle with)! Once you’re done, go ahead and smoothen the top of your fudge mixture with your rubber spatula to make it look nice and smooth. Now wait a little until the fudge mixture reaches room temperature. Then pop it in the fridge for about 2 to 2 and a half hours.2 hours will make your fudge soft and melt in the mouthy (yummm) while 2 and a half hours will make it just a little firmer (love!). It’ll still melt in the mouth though so don’t worry at all ❤.
- GET YOUR FUDGE OUTOnce the time is up, get your baking dish out of the refrigerator.Your fudge has probably set by now 💃🏻!Gently lift the parchment paper out of the baking dish and place it on a surface you’re comfortable cutting your fudge on.Now cut your homemade peanut butter fudge with a warm sharp knife into squares (a size you prefer).A warm knife is super important so you get a clean easy cut.Just run your knife under some warm water for a few seconds or dip it in a bowl of warm water, wipe it with a paper towel and get to cutting. Make sure you keep warming your knife while cutting the fudge. And now take a bite of that buttery, chewy gooey deliciousness. How good is that? Good luck keeping your hands off all of it 😉!
Notes ✍🏼
- Use good quality ingredients that you enjoy the taste of.
- Please line your pan with parchment paper. Also, make sure your parchment paper is long enough so a little hangs outside your baking dish. This way you can just lift it up and get it out to cut your fudge easily once it sets.
- And if you don’t have parchment paper, you can use maybe plastic wrap, wax paper, aluminum foil or grease your pan. My first suggestion would always be parchment paper though!
- Keep a close check on your peanut butter and condensed milk mixture when it’s heating on the stove. We may not need a candy thermometer but our fudge mixture can burn pretty quick. Also make sure you’re doing everything over low heat (not medium heat or even medium-low heat).
- Don’t overmix your condensed milk and peanut butter fudge mixture BUT don’t undermix it either. Just mix everything until the peanut butter and condensed milk are mixed together completely and the mixture turns a little thick.
- To get a smooth fudge surface, smoothen it out with the help of a rubber spatula before popping it into the fridge in Step 3.
- Please be patient and leave your fudge to set for 2 to 2 and a half hours once it reaches room temperature ❤.
- Cut your homemade peanut butter fudge with a sharp warm knife. This will give you a smooth cut and will prevent your fudge from sticking to the knife too :o. Just run your knife under hot water or dip it in a mug of warm water. Don’t forget to wipe the water off before cutting.
- Cut your creamy peanut butter fudge however you prefer. How big or small you prefer your fudge squares to be is all up to you!
- Left your fudge in the fridge for a couple of days? Don’t worry! I’ve left mine in the fridge for a few days but it didn’t get brittle or super hard at all. It became firmer on the outside but it was still soft and buttery on the inside. Delish! This depends on your fridge of course.
- For a satisfying crunch, use crunchy peanut butter or add chopped peanuts (or whatever nuts you prefer) to the fudge mixture.
- You can make this fudge with almond butter, cashew butter or maybe even pistachio butter instead of peanut butter.
- To make a vegan peanut butter fudge and/or dairy-free fudge, use peanut butter and dairy-free butter instead of condensed milk. I think you can also use coconut condensed milk or maybe even almond condensed milk. I’ve not tried it with these ingredients and this is just a suggestion 💖.
- You can make some microwave peanut butter fudge too (a no-cook version of this easy dessert)! Add your peanut butter to a medium-sized microwave-safe bowl, heat it in 20 second increments, stirring in between every 20 seconds until it has thinned out. Pour in the condensed milk. Give everything a stir and pop it in the microwave for another 20 seconds. Give the fudge mixture another good stir. It should be thick-ish. Pour mixture from the mixing bowl into your lined pan, wait until it reaches room temperature then refrigerate it for about two hours.
- Top this two-ingredient peanut butter fudge recipe with some chopped salted roasted peanuts. That crunch, saltiness and extra peanut flavor along with the creamy texture of this peanut butter fudge is… out of this world!
- You can top your peanut butter fudge with whatever nuts you prefer too such as almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, pecans… lots of options out there. You can chop them or place them whole over each bar of peanut butter fudge. You can also caramelize the nuts before topping them over the fudge! You can place the nuts you’re using over the parchment paper before pouring the fudge mixture in too.
- Salt also works really well here if you’re into sweet and salty flavors! Top your homemade peanut butter fudge with some salt flakes and enjoy. You can also top it up with vanilla frosting, chocolate frosting, powdered sugar, sprinkles, white chocolate chips, peanut butter chips and so much more!
- You can play around with the flavors of your homemade peanut butter fudge. Add some vanilla extract. Maybe even use flavored peanut butter such as dark chocolate peanut butter? Or add in a drizzle of honey or a pinch of cinnamon to your fudge mixture?
- You can also mix some mini marshmallows, shredded coconut, chocolate chips, white chocolate chips or peanut butter chips into your fudge mixture.
- If you’re a fan of chocolate, you can do so much here 💖. Add in chocolate chips to your fudge mixture or top your peanut butter fudge with chocolate chips, chocolate shavings, chocolate sprinkles, cocoa powder or Reese’s pieces once it sets!
- You can also pour melted chocolate into your fudge mixture and give it a mix for the most delicious chocolate peanut butter fudge! You can add a layer of melted chocolate on top of your fudge mixture or below it (before pouring it in) or both for a 3 ingredient chocolate fudge!
- Oh and you can also make peanut butter fudge balls! Once it’s set, wear some gloves and start rolling. Serving this to kids? Cut your no bake peanut butter fudge into cute shapes like stars, hearts and animals using cookie cutters!
- It’s holiday season and if you’re throwing holiday parties or love giving gifts, this is such a lovely gift to give. This classic dessert makes the perfect holiday gift ✨. Just cut your homemade peanut butter fudge into small squares, wrap each up individually in a small piece of parchment paper. You can twist the ends (like candy wrappers!) or you can fold it perfectly and tie it with a tiny ribbon or colorful thread. Everyone will adore it!

SO FUDGY omggggg I love this so much. I topped mine with some salted peanuts and I think I’m addicted. I love peanut butter and just wanted to cry after I took the first bite because of how good it tasted? That texture, the taste, the ease of making this recipe… This recipe is a winner and I’ll make it for so many years to come. Thank you so much.
OMG never have u ever come across a recipe that was sooooo long. Too many ads and quite a lengthy description of many things before getting to the actual recipe. then when you get to it, it’s almost like starting the process all over again. I think you may be losing a lot of great reviews/commentators. Some of us don’t have the patience and if we jump to the recipe it’s still the same painstaking ads/comments we were trying to avoid.
Hey Lucy, thanks for the comment. I made The Buttery Fairytale with the intention of helping new cooks who have loads of questions while cooking (I’ve been there!) and also people who are good at cooking but still prefer going in-depth into whatever they’re cooking because that’s how I am too. I love getting deep into a recipe to make the best version of it possible and that’s the experience I want to give to anyone visiting my blog.
I write the instructions in a way that explains everything in detail. I don’t want someone having to go ahead and search how to not make their fried chicken oily, for example, while making my recipe. My instructions tell them what to do to prevent that.
If you go through the content, you’ll see 99% of it is related to the recipe. Many people have told me how the extra information and detailed steps have made cooking easier for them. You will also see that I barely have a paragraph or two explaining how I came up with the recipe. All the other content is related to the recipe itself.
If anyone prefers getting right into it, they can always jump to the Recipe Card and read only the bold text. I’ve bolded the text in the Recipe Card for people who just want direct instructions. I want to help everyone I can. I’m sorry it wasn’t a fun experience for you. And about the ads, I’ll definitely look into it. Thank you for the feedback! I hope you were still able to try the recipe and enjoy it :).
Awwww Emma, your comment made me so happy. I’m so glad you loved this peanut butter fudge. Thank you for such a kind comment, it made my day ❤.
